Janet was born and raised in Hong Kong and has 20 years of experience as a personal trainer. She is currently based in Ekerö, outside Stockholm. Since starting her career, Janet has continuously pursued professional development under leading instructors from the United States, Europe, and Asia.

After two decades of hands-on experience and thousands of training hours with clients of all ages, Janet has developed a broad and versatile skill set. Whether it involves injury rehabilitation, sport-specific training, or general fitness, she creates a clear and tailored plan for each client.

As a mother of two sons, Janet has a deep understanding of the challenges of balancing training with a busy personal life. She therefore values efficiency and flexibility in her training programs. Her focus is on working closely with clients to build an individualized and long-term sustainable training routine.

Noelle Robinson is a movement educator with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California, Irvine, and performed professionally with renowned productions including Cirque du Soleil, the High School Musical films, and Dancing with the Stars.

After years of high-impact performance, Noelle turned to Pilates and yoga as a way to heal, rebalance, and reconnect with her body. She completed a 200-hour Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training program in Orange County, California, and continued her education with comprehensive Reformer and Mat Pilates training in Stockholm, Sweden.

Noelle’s classes blend the artistry and musicality of dance with the grounding, mindful precision of Yoga and Pilates. Through intentional sequencing, fluid transitions, and a strong focus on alignment, she creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where students are encouraged to move with awareness, build strength, and feel empowered in their bodies.
