It takes a lot of discipline to get a strong body. To achieve a strong body or building strength does not purely come from strength training. A lot of it comes from functional flexibility, this is why I am offering a lot tips on how you can build joints, muscles and fascia flexibility to train and move without restrictions. 

Our bodies are happiest when we are pain free.
